Philosophy Study in the Development of Reading Teaching Materials Based on Cultural Wisdom of Betawi Fairy Tales

The purpose of this study was to examine the philosophical contained in development reading teaching materials based on cultural wisdom Betawi fairy tales for grade X science students at SMAN 107 Jakarta. This research qualitative with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through library references related topics discussed namely materials, readings, and tales. results regarding then analyzed using three studies Ontology, Epistemology Axiology. Ontology employed Next, formulated design make prototypes so that they can be evaluated get feedback from parties involved. Subsequently, axiology which focused value educational technology intended intrigue promote sense humanity among depiction characters told tale.
